Draw nature in the Convento de Mave

The Mountain Palentina is for friends of the Romanesque, the ancient villages and posh gourmet, but also for lovers of nature in its purest form.  Learn to distinguish the plants of the mountains of Palencia, its birds, animal tracks and at the same time, the Romanesque art of the artist's hand and Nacho Zubelzu naturalist who teaches the techniques and observation systems, through drawing, collecting scientific and aesthetic aspects of nature.

The course is mainly practical and takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Convent of Mave, the mountains of Palencia and southern Cantabria, is aimed at anyone who wants to learn and enjoy drawing, you want to enhance their creative abilities and is willing address the lack of means, sometimes, the journey and the natural environment in store.

 You do not need an academic or artistic. This workshop will lose their fear of artistic expression and avoid the constraints of the interior, away from the rigidity of the study and conventional materials. The aim is to flirt with the outside, playing with movement and color, exercise in improvisation and focus on observation and collection of natural elements that coexist around us.

The course, which includes two nights accommodation with breakfast, a picnic lunch, two dinners, the output of the mountains and the workshop is priced at € 160 per person in double room.
